Skilled worker max salary

Post by AghA1008 » Mon Jun 19, 2023 8:41 pm

Dear admin
Thanks for your consideration in my enquiry.
I'm starting work since January 2023 , as a skilled worker tier 2.
Does it have any specific figuration to set up salary , I'm paid more rate than average rate( £ 14.60 per hour).
I'm afraid it does not fulfil the financial requirements of skilled worker tier 2 visa?

There is only a minimum stated that must be met. There is no cap on the maximum.

Being substantially overpaid with a very high salary for the job and SOC however, could bring scrutiny by UKVI.

The minimum rate is based on your soc for your job. You should speak to your sponsor if you have concerns or queries.

First of all, Tier 2 does not exist. Also, what does your certificate of sponsorship say? What is your SoC code ?
