Skilled worker visa dual application

Hi,

I’m on ICT visa which going to expire end of next month so my Employer has agreed to change my visa to skilled worker visa and process the application.

Meanwhile this week, I’ve been offered by another company and still waiting for the Sponsorship from them to apply for a visa process.

Unfortunately my current employer had speed up the visa process and submitted my visa application today without my notice and booked biometric appointment on 17th next month. Now I cannot request the current employer to withdraw application as I’m not very sure new job visa application would be successful.

I was planning to delay the current employer application process and make the new job application process quickly with priority service and get the visa done.

But Now I’m worried that I cannot submit VISA application for new job and I cannot withdraw application made by current employer. I’m really stressed and looking for a guidance.

My question is
1. can I submit another applicator when already there’s an application with home office
2. how can I Stop the current employer visa application?
3. How can I make another visa application and get it approved without withdrawing the application which already been submittedA?

Can you please advice me get through this! Your advise will be really appreciated.
