Skilled Worker Visa

i have sort of diff question on similar lines....

My dependent visa is curtailed and my curtailment period ends this month end. I have secured an offer from another company and have started working this week. They are ready to sponsor my visa. My question is :-
will my new company apply my skilled visa under switch visa category ( I.e from dependent to skilled) or they will apply a fresh application as skilled visa ?
