Small query on ILR(Tier-2 ICT)

Post by nananu » Mon Jan 13, 2014 9:08 pm

Hi,
Very shortly I will be applying for an ILR and below will be the number of absences as on the date I will be applying. My only query is whether an absence of 57 days is acceptable on Year-1. I was referring to '– calculating continuous period in UK' pdf in ukba website and couldn't find any reference to how many leaves are acceptable in Year-1. I will be grateful, if someone can someone quickly confirm.

Year absences
2013-14 Year 1 57
2012-13 Year 2 111
2011-12 Year 3 30
2010-11 Year 4 28
2009-10 Year 5 0

Thanks in advance.

allowed absences is no more than 180 days in any 12 month period, so 180 days per year of qualifying period

Many Many thanks for prompt reply. I was just reading 'No more than 180 whole days absence are allowed in any of the five, two, three or four consecutive 12 month periods' and was wondering what about 'Year -1'.

Thanks for your reply.
