Soc Salary Calculations URGENT!

this calculation is correct, and your salary is sufficient, provided you work 35 hours a week which has to be confirmed by the sponsor in the CoS

2. If the above is correct can anyone point me to the official link where I can show my HR. HR wants to use 40 hours but I said we can reduce it to 35 hours but my HR needs an offical document confirming the calculation above.
What the sponsor puts in the CoS as regards your weekly working hours must be the same as stated in your employment contract, it cannot be adjusted up or down at will.
