As posted before I’m agency worker and in the last 3 months I have made £14400 for this financial year and the agency can’t give me a figure in my employer letter and the previous year I made £52000 plus is that okay to submit my spouse’s visa with dependent pls!!? With the foregoing, there is nothing stopping you from applying. As PAYE there is no consideration of year end. Thanks for the good work, I applied for spouse visa for my wife, together with my son, who’s technically her stepson coz his mother died years and he moved in to live with my wife, now I received an email from the home office asking her to provide more evidence for sole responsibility yet it’s me who has sole responsibility, what evidence can she provide to them please!!
