As posted before I’m agency worker and in the last 3 months I have made £14400 for this financial year and the agency can’t give me a figure in my employer letter and the previous year I made £52000 plus is that okay to submit my spouse’s visa with dependent pls!!? With the foregoing, there is nothing stopping you from applying. As PAYE there is no consideration of year end.
