Spouse citizenship wait for one year??

Hi all,
I got my citizenship this month August 2021. My wife got her ILR in May 2021. I was wondering if she can apply for her citizenship now or does she need to wait for one year. When she received her ILR I was not a British citizen but now I am

Spouse can apply as soon as you are British, i.e. now. Your non-British status at the time of your wife's ILR is irrelevant.
