Spouse Visa Extension after 2.5 Years Accommodation requirement.

Hello Everyone,

I came to UK in march 2017 on spouse visa, applied from Pakistan.

My visa is about to expire in November 2019, can someone please let me know how much month/year salary/payslips I have to show for my application.

Can we both show our salary/income for application, I am aware that I have to show 22,400 as we have one dependent also who is 1 year old.

Further Do I need to give English test again?

6 months payslips and bank statements if paye employed.

You need English A2 for extension. You will need B1 for ILR

My wife she is employed but after her maternity leave she only works 19 hours, where I am working as A seld employed and also one odntge director on the company, I widhrawl only £670 which comes into my personal account as of today but I can take more salary onwards so how its gona work please help.

Do you have a LTD company and are you taking a salary from the company? Also if this is the case; when does your financial year run until?

I came into this country on 19th march 2017 from Pakistan on spouse visa, My wife has ILR.

Since the day I came into UK, me and my wife living together but living with my brother family.

My brother is a private tenant and tenancy agreement on his name and my sister in law, and also the council tax bill and other bills like gas and electric are on his name, its like we share all the expense together but for me nothing is documented.

Further me and my wife can provide bank statements and our sim contracts bills are on the current address.

We live in 3 bedroom house and 1 big lounge.

My and my wife have 1 room and we have also 1 child who is British lives with us in our room.

My brother and my sister in law have 1 room.

My brother has 2 kids age 3 and 1.5 and they shared the 3rd room.

So in this scenario please help me out what I can do.
