Spouse visa extension Documents

Post by Mehfuz » Sat Aug 10, 2019 8:33 pm

Hi Experts!!

My friend has british citizenship and his wife has dependent Visa. My Friend is getting 4 weekly wages slip. So does he need to put 7 wages to show for 6 months wages slip? Because 6 wages slip would be for 24 weeks only and the total is below 9300 for those 24 weeks. However if he puts 7 wages slip(four weekly) that would be 28 weeks of wages slip so for the 7th wages slip, if he halves the wages of the 7th and then add it to 6 wages slip, it goes above 9300.

I hope i am clear to describe his case. Please guide, how many wages slip does he need to put?

Regards
Mehfuz

For meeting the financial requirement the payslips arent counted by numbers rather by required duration of 6 months/26 weeks. Usually wages and payslips issued under 4 weekly pattern can easily confuse someone to calculate the annual income unless clarification provided. Take the accumulation of income from all 7 payslips then divide by 28 then mulitply by 26 and if the resulting figure is at least £9300 then he can meet the financial requirement. If that is a case then attach all 7 payslips.
