Post by Pasanch- » Tue Nov 03, 2020 9:38 am

Good morning,
I’m a bit difficult situation because of my visa I apply to switch from tier4 to flr(m) because my husband holding ILR . I apply on September 10, 2020. Still not get any decision. My tier 4 visa finished on end of October and now in my job they asking for documents and visa ref no. I gave them and they check to home office. They said to me I have 20’hours right to work but to continue to work I also need to bring college letter/ Term time paper , which I can’t coz I’m no longer student on college . So now from My work (McDonald’s) they not putting me on rota from 1st November. I just want to continue my work but not hurrying for visa . If anyone here to help me will be very very helpful . Thank you

That you have applied in time before expiration of your Tier 4 only confers or retain same right you had as a student, expiration of visa and no more being a student does not help your situationin getting letter from School. Exercising work rights can only be when you get your FLRM

You could have written in your own thread or started your own one. Anyway, they need to speak to UKVI for receiving the positive ECS regardless of your persuasion to them regarding having the working rights.
