Spouse visa for Pakistani

Hello Everyone,

I’m new in this forum actually I’m a Pakistani national and my husband is a British citizen.
We just marriad few months back in aug 2018.
My husband is doing a Job part time as IT Helper and also he doing some own work.
As we checked for visa requirements he need to earn £18,600

In last 12 month he earn from his part time job around 12’900
but in last 12 month he also earn from his own work around 9000
Plus he also have saving account which have 20,000 from last 12 month
he’s registered as self employ because He was running as LTD company. which was doing as
telecommunications and IT Services And his all old tax return paid and clear only 2018 still not submitted as I remember
Now we are confuse will all that can help us and can we apply visa ??????
