Currently I am on spouse dependent visa and my husband has British Passport. My indefinite leave to remain is due in two years on the basis on long residency route (10 years route) and I still can stay 300 days out of UK because in last 8 years I was out of UK for 200 days. I have few queries.
1) For how long I can stay continuously out of UK. It is 120 days or 180 days.
2) For how long I can stay maximum number of days out of UK in each year and in particular in the last year (10th year).
3) Can I take two exits of 120 days or 180 days out of UK in one year?
4) How many days I should stay in the UK between two exits. For example if I take two exits of 120 days or 180 days.
5) Is there any possibility in near future home office will change rules in long residency route?
6) If I get ILR for how long I can stay out of UK without having any implication for Naturalization. It is one year or two year or three year.
7) Though we married in 2012 in August but I switched to spouse visa in 2015 as I was doing PhD. Is there any possibility my previous year can be counted so I may get ILR soon.
