Spouse visa ILR SET M

Post by gouravb » Tue Apr 27, 2021 2:05 pm

Hi,

I hope someone can help me with some queries.

I have applied for my ILR SET (M) on 26/02/2021 with Standard application. As now the Super priority service is available, can some one guide how to switch to the Priority service.
- will the Home office refund the fee for my standard application and if they refund then how long it will take.
- what is the process of the switching to Priority service.

Thanks

You cannot switch or upgrade. You must withdraw and apply again. This means you will lose your fees and if you do not have a valid visa, you will also become an oversyater

shall i apply with a new application first and then withdraw my previous application?
in that case i will not be overstayer. if i am right.

No you wont, not if you withdraw after biomterics has been enrolled.

Do NOT post your questions in the timeline only topic. Your post was removed.

You have already been given advice on your query. You cannot change or upgrade now after biometrics to super priority service. All you can do is wait.

If you withdraw, you lose your fee paid.

Sorry for my post in the wrong topic,
But as you can see that applicant has done the same thing which i am asking and he applied with the priority service even after the Biometrics and he got the refund. Thanks
