Spouse visa

Hey guys, hope everyone’s doing well and safe,
Quick question my husband is from Pakistan but currently on a work visa in saudia arabia.
Im a British citizen, we’ve recently (10 months ago) had a baby and I’ve come off maternity leave in June and back to work now, I’m working 16 hours a week. I’ve currently got two month pay slips in hand and my solicitor said 3 is suffice to apply.
Was wondering does anyone know how many bank statements will I have to provide? Is one enough or do I have to provide 3?

I have a question, I am a British citizen and got an arrange marriage back home (Pakistan) in 2006, I have three kids with him aged 12,10 & 9 ( all British born and live with me).
He came over to the UK on spouse visa in 2012 and abandoned us, clearly was after the visa the douch bag and our marriage ended in 2013.
I applied for his visa to be cancelled but he changed his visa to the parents route.
Anyways moving forward, he wanted to remarry in 2016 and we applied for a Islamic divorce in the same country we got married (Pakistan) which was granted and I have the paperwork for that all attested and translated.
Now in 2018 I remarried in pakistan and this time it was love marriage as I met him in Saudi Arabia where he currently resides on a work visa.
Not knowing that I’d need a uk decree absolute for him to join me in the UK I didn’t apply for one before I married him in 2018.
We got married in the courts in Pakistan and they accepted my Divorce certificate.
We now have a baby aged 10 months and I have my decree absolute which is dated feb 2020 as it took some time to track down the douchbag, anyways my question is will there be any complications due to this ?

Yes, to meet conditions, your new marriage certificate should be dated after the final dissolution/divorce certificate of your previous marriage or else it will be seen as you going into a new marriage while the other one is still existing.

UK decree absolute won't be needed since you have already divorced him through all legal channels in same country where you were married. Your divorce must have had been finalised when you was remarried.

It should work but you will have to write a very persuasive covering letter to address all these issues arisen in your matrimonial life

You need 6 months payslips and you need to meet the minimal income requirement...3 is not enough!

You can even use your income (if sufficient) and its corresponding documents prior to going on maternity leave.

okay, really stressed out atm!
my dad whose carer i am recently had a pip review over the phone. he is very venerable and the pip review person kind of twisted his words to get him to get the lowest marks on his review so he doesn’t become eligible for pip! I’ve complained as I did request the pip review to be done under my supervision but they couldn’t change the time and date, I was working that day

so now my carers allowance has stopped and his pip is under review. Honestly just when u think everything is falling into place something or the other goes wrong!
Can someone advise me, can I still go ahead and apply for my spouse visa while his pip is under review?

Note that priority service not available now and dont know when it will be restored as HO dealing with backlogs occasioned by pandemic.

Priority service is almost no longer available for foreseeable future. Also, before applying for spouse visa make sure with Saudi Arabian authorities regarding their exit procedure to avoid any inconvenience. However, mercifully, now spouse visa entry clearance vignette is issued for 3 months.
