I’m trying get my wife over on the 2 year 9 month spouse visa
I’m been out of work for a little while so now got work but not sure best way to go I will be self employed so I will do limited company or self assessment
If I’m doing self assessment it needs be one whole year of tax returns filed with HRMC and I be claiming expenses back so does my income for required financial requirements £18600 ( I know this is increasing ) have be after or before tax after expenses? For example as long as I have only £18600 coming into bank before taxes this will be ok ?
Another way is to go tho a company they set me up
A limited company and I am employed though my company
I pay them a fee each week and they take my tax and insurance out each week (PAYE)
I get wage slips this way
But the wage slips are from the company that sorts out my tax and NI with there address and logo but it shows that my other company name is on it I get paid from (I’m agency worker ) so I’m not employed by anyone
So I believe I can’t use 6 months wage slips here I need to do a years books as a limited company ?
