Still can't book biometrics due to COVID - appication page says I must do it by next week

So I've finished and paid for my application right around the same the lockdown happened, meaning I was unable to do my biometrics appointment. I checked today and the UKVCAS service is still suspended meaning I still can't complete my application. However, the application page on the UK Visa website still says I must attend the appointment by 20th of May. Should I just ignore this, or is this an error and I should call someone?

Nobody will be penalised due to delayed biometrics. The date you are seeing is relevant to "under normal" circumstances!!
