Hi, I’m applying indefinite leave to remain for my wife and two dependant children (both are over 18). Do I have to show £24800 income or only £18600?

The higher financial requirement applies:
Where a child or children were previously granted leave before they turned 18 when
they were included in the higher financial requirement and remains dependent on
their parent, the higher financial requirement will apply until the applicant partner
qualifies for settlement, even if the child turns 18 before then. However, the 18+ year
old’s income and savings will be permitted to count towards the financial requirement
if they have not formed an independent life and are not eligible to be considered as a
child.

My wife and son used B1 qualification from trinity college during the 2nd extension for 5 year route. My question is can they use the same B1 certificate for settlement application or they have to get new certificate as old ones are more than 2 years old.

No need for new one, same can be reused.

I have booked super priority service for my ILR SET (M). Biometrics done 10am on Thursday 30th 2021.Decision made 1pm on Friday 31 2021. Should I request for refund of super priority fee of £800 as home office unable to process my application within 24hours window. If so what is email address for such request.

You won't get a refund. You got your decision the next day!!
https://www.gov.uk/faster-decision-visa-settlement
To get a decision by the end of the next working day
If you’re eligible you can choose the ‘super priority service’ when you apply. It costs £800 in addition to the application fee.
You cannot use the ‘super priority service’ if you apply using the UK Immigration: ID Check App to confirm your identity.
A decision will be made:
by the end of the next working day after your appointment, if your appointment is on a weekday
2 working days after your appointment, if your appointment is at the weekend or on a bank holiday
Char (CR001 not Casa)
In life you cannot press the Backspace button!!
