Switch to another Tier2 employer ?

Post by thematrix » Tue Apr 12, 2016 5:20 pm

Hi All,

I went through this guide and have simple question:

http://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tie ... 69661.html

I got offer from a company, and they applied for CoS number of SMS.
The agent is telling me that after the number issued I have to book appointment somewhere in order to issue new VISA ?! is the right ? I think the CoS number is hard written on my visa in the passport! dose that mean to issue new VISA with the new CoS number on it ?

What do you mean by 'agent'??

You can apply for a Tier 2 G by post or in person for a same day decision. But your use of the word 'agent' is a concern.

Is it a genuine sponsor on the approved list?

Has the proper RLMT process been completed.

Have you been given a screen print of the new COS?
