Switch from ICT Spouse to General Visa

Hello Team,
From Nov 2015 till Sep 2018, I was on ICT visa. Afterwards, I moved to ICT spouse visa. If my company provides me general visa can, am I eligible for same?

Yes provided you meet all the requirements and have at least 12 months on dependent visa, which is the cooling off period.

This is really helpful. Also, can I apply visa within the country or I have to go back to India. Seeing , covid - 19 situation, wondering if govt has changed any rules.

Silly question - I am pregnant and my company is happy to provide Tier 2 general, do you know think immigration UK will have any queries about that? Seeing I will be going on 12 months maternity leave from next year.
