Switching to ILR from EEA family permit after 5 Years

Post by JackRockwell » Thu Aug 06, 2015 8:06 pm

Hi,

I have been living in the UK for more than 5 years on a EEA family permit which will expire next November. I was wondering whether I am eligible for an ILR, and if so, how can I apply for it?

Thanks in advance for your help, it is much appreciated.

Jack

If you have an EEA Family Permit, you apply for PR.

ILR is for people who are under the UK Immigration rules.

I will move your thread to the correct forum 'EEA-Route Applications'
