Technical Glitch ?

Email on the 16th (Your application is being prepared)

SMS & Email Received on 3rd Jan (20th working day excluding Christmas/Boxing & New year holidays)->Your processed application will be sent by courier.

Was surprised with the speed so called UKVI helpline.

They say that there is a technical glitch,so the SMS & EMail was sent out.

Just wondering if anyone had similar experience before?

Admin: This is a general question - so keeping it separate.

Update:

It was not a glitch or anything, visa has been granted and received by courier.

UKVI Helpline provided FALSE information that the decision is pending..god bless the kingdom!

It is a well known fact that the call centre is outsourced and gives generic information as they have no access to your full file and application. They also take no responsibility for the advice or information given out.
