Tier 2 Change of Employment

Hello, I’m a nurse with my visa valid until 14/10/2020 now I have a chance of promotion in new hospital I got the job and I have the new COS as well. Could you please guide me what exactly is the step by step process for Tier 2 ( change of employment) ?
I have got A sponsor so I was told I don’t need to have maintenance fund, is that correct ? Also, As I have valid visa (tier 2 ) already I don’t need to have any English Language Tests to prove my language skills isn’t that so ? I have had my DBS checked with the new employer recently so I believe I don’t need to have the Criminal Certificate as well ? So my question is how do I apply for this Tier 2 ( change of employment) ? Where do I go ? Another tier 2 or tier 2 extension application ? And what documents do I need to present apart from new COS , my passport, DBS copy, ??

Kindly help me with this please it’s been so stressful lately

Kindly help me with this please it’s been so stressful lately

1. No you don't need maintenance fund I believe
2. No English test
3. Don't think you need DBS
4. Apply as "Tier 2 -- extension"
5. There will be a check list to tell you what documents you need, normally current BRP and passport, application form and photos that's everything I think
6. Remember, do not resign until your new visa has been approved

Thank you so much, that has been very helpful. I really appreciate your help. You know about the health surcharge I know I have to pay again as a part of application but do you think they will refund it once I get the visa coz I have paid for it already ?
