TIER 2 - COMPANY ADMINISRATION

GOOD AFTERNOON

My company has gone into administration on the 10th December. However I am still employed and company is also trading. Probably the company will trade another 2/3 weeks. I am on Tier 2 G Visa since November 2013 and my 10 years will be due on August 19 so basically 8/9 more months.

1. Administrators hasn’t informed home office yet? What if they not goanna inform home office at all?

2. If administrators are not notifying home office, will my visa be valid (valid until Dec 2019) till I receive any curtailment letter?

3. Do I NEED TO inform home office? If neither I or company administrator contact Home office will that be a breach? Will that affect me?

4. basically my plan is to sit and pass the time as long as I CAN TO COMPLETE 10 YEARS. will it ok if home not going to issues any curtailment letter?

Why didn't or couldn't you apply for ILR based on 5 years tier 2 in October or November when you were eligible from 5th anniversary of tier 2 visa issue date?

Do you have dependents in the UK?

Thanks for your reply. The reason I couldn't apply for Ilr my salary is £30k pa. No I do not have any dependents.
