tier 2 curtailment before commence

hi all please help

i have had a tier 2 visa for a training program with health education wales and couldn't start the job due to failure to provide sufficient paper work , my visa has been curtailed and the employer notified the HIO on 07/08/2019 that they no longer sponsor me , i have not yet received my curtailment letter , my question is does this mean i still have 60 days after i receive the curtailment letter to find a new sponsor or will this be a curtailment immediate effect as i have not started the job?? i have an offer foem a new sponsor just waiting for the COS to be issued but don't want to overstay

You have 60 days from when you receive the letter from HO.

However note that you cannot do any form of work now until you get a new sponsor.
