Tier 2 Dependant visa extension help

Can anyone please help me here. I am trying to extend my PBS Dependent Visa
The below link is what i am trying to use

This has a section "Your partner and children" >> "Apply from inside the UK (extend or switch their visa)" which has the link to "extend or switch to your Skilled Worker visa as your partner"
which takes me to the below link

This has the first question as
"Are you intending to live in one of the Crown Dependencies of the United Kingdom?"
By selecting answer "No", I get to start with the application form that is completely new when compared to my previous PBS Dependant extention application.
However by selecting "Yes" to the above question I get to the below link and this looks to be the correct application that i filled in for my previous extension.

My query is - As i am not intending to live in one of the crown Dependencies, i select "No". This option takes me to the new Skilled Worker partner extension and not the Tier2 General Visa PBS dependant extension.

But if i select "Yes" i am getting to the right application is what i believe (https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... nt-partner)

can anyone please help and clear my doubt, is it correct to go ahead with selecting "Yes" as my answer to the above question? as i get to the correct application for PBS Dependant Partner extension ?
