Tier 2 Dependent extension after Main applicant get ILR IHS query

Hi there,

When applying for PBS dependent spouse visa, how much IHS do i pay? (I have got ILR and wife has still 1 year to go before she qualify for ILR). During the application, it asks about the expiry date of main applicants visa (which is me, ILR expiring in 5 years), which makes ILR fee of GBP 2000 but i understand they will give my wife a visa for 3 years, i should be paying IHS for 3 years. What should i do ?

Put your ilr expiry date as 3 years from now.
