Tier 2 Dependent Extension - Country of Nationality

In the process of applying for the extension of my husband's tier 2 dependent visa.

Several new questions have been added to the application form - one of them is to provide travel history in the last 10 years.

My husband holds an Indian passport. He has been in the UK for 4 years 6 months and during this time his Indian passport was renewed as the old one had expired. After successful renewal, he was only handed his new passport. The old passport for kept by the High Commission of India in Birmingham.

How do we find out the travel history for the last 10 years? I am guessing I will have to scroll through 10 years of emails.

Will they need us to provide the old passport? As mentioned we don't have it anymore.

One of the questions is -what is the 'country of nationality' of the person you are joining, i.e. myself.

I am from India but I now hold a British passport. Is the answer to this question India or the UK?

Can you please help with my other query as well re travel history?

How accurate do the travel dates need to be? As I had mentioned, we don't have my husband's previous passport now to check the stamps.
