Tier 2 Dependent

Post by sonugudimalla » Mon Mar 25, 2019 12:08 pm

hello

Recently my husband got ILR via Tier2 General. Now I am on Tier2 dependent and my visa is going to be expired by 31 December 2019. Could you please tell me, is my visa is going to be valid until the end of this year? or do I need to apply ILR dependent now?

We are moving to a different address, could you please tell me do we need to contact UKBA to update the address details

I greatly appreciate your help

Many Thanks

Tier 2 dependent extension

Post by sonugudimalla » Mon Jul 01, 2019 9:32 pm

Dear sir/ madam

Two months ago my husband got the ILR via tier 2 general route. My visa is still valid until October this year(tier 2 dependent), I got the short of 6 month for ILR eligiblity.

Could you please tell me, how can I extend visa, either I can apply as tier 2 dependent extension or ILR dependent extension?

Can you please tell me document list required for the visa and also do I need to maintain any funds?

I agreatly appreciate your help

Many thanks
Sonu

Already answered in march when you asked.

PBS dependent extension and it will be a 3 year extension.

£630 maintenance funds for 90 days minimum.

2 years proof of cohabitation plus what the online application checklist tells you is required.
