Tier 1 Dependent visa after main application naturalised

Hi experts. My questions is about my Wife's visa.
She got her visa after the change of rule of 5 years for dependent. She got her visa in July 2012.
Got her first extension in 2014. current tier 1 general dependent visa is valid until March 2017.
Meanwhile i got ILR and last month got naturalised as British citizen.
Should my wife required to change her visa status to Spouse of British citizen?
or wait until March 2017?
When will she be eligible to apply for British citizen?
So much confused after reading the rules. Looking forward to comments

On what date did she APPLY for her visa and what is the visa ISSUE date?

On what basis did you get ILR (5 years tier 1 or 10 years long residenc)?

visa valid from 25/07/2012. Date of application is around first week of July 2012. not sure.
i was eligible as per 5 years of continuous stay on Tier 1 and 1 year ILR.

If application was made before 09-07-2012, she will eligible for settlement after 2 years continuous residence. Else, after 5 years.
Continue to extend PBS dependant, if need be, until she becomes eligible for settlement.
As spouse of British citizen, she may apply for citizenship as soon as she is granted settled status.
