Tier 2 dependent visa- husband

Post by SUEPAT » Mon Mar 19, 2018 12:31 pm

Hi, just asking for advice on what supporting documents I need to submit in applying for visa to take my husband to the uk. Am on tier 2 visa sponsored by my employer that will expire July 2019. I got married in Jamaica where am from in September 2017 and now wants to get a visa for my husband but am being told that if I don't use a solicitor then the chance of refusal is greater. Will it make a difference if I apply with out a solicitor? Thanks for your help.
