Tier 1(G): Dependent Visa

Post by ASIF82 » Thu Jan 07, 2016 1:05 pm

Dear All, I have recently got ILR (Tier 1: General 5 Years). My wife will need to apply for PBS Dependant as she is only been here for 18 months. Her current leave expires on 16/01/2015 and I got my ILR on 01/01/2015. I have following questions,

1) I am using this form please confirm if this is correct.
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _11-15.pdf

2) As she is here less than 2 years will she require the cohabitation documents. If Yes how many would be enough.

3) I am trying to pay her IHS fees which is coming as £1800, do you think its reasonable?

Kind Regards
M

1. Yes

2. Submit what you have

3. No, it should be £600. She is applying alone, take your information out.

Apologies for coming back again, I am trying to pay IHS using following link,
https://www.immigration-health-surcharg ... ionSummary

I created an account and entered my wife details then its asks for following,
Are you applying to join or remain with a person already in the UK?
+ Add this person's details
You don't need to add this person's details if they are a UK or EEA citizen.

so here I put my details and again the cost is coming as £1800. Sorry for being dumb seems I am missing something very obvious.

You need to select 'applying alone' or say no.
