UK Tier 2-Employer sponsored (Dependent visa)

Post by RiyaJesus » Thu Dec 06, 2018 6:36 pm

Hi,

My baby’s and my dependent visas expire on May 2019 based on my husband’s first main applicant visa. Now as he changed his employment he has been given a new visa and BRP from mid of 2018 to 2021. The company sponsors only for my husband and for the dependents we have to process on our own.

I have few clarifications which are listed below:
1. Documents list to be submitted for me and baby. Is it the same as the first time application.
2. Where to send the documents- which postal address
3. UK passport size photographs-is it required. I want to be very clear even on the minor details of it.
4. TB certificates- is it required?
5. Total cost involved?
6. Web portal to submit the visa application for extension.
7. Overall Processing Time

Please guide me in this regard. Thanks!

1. Maintenance funds for 90 days, evidence of cohabitation, passports and brp etc. Basically the same as before. The online form process will tell you what HO expects to see.

2. Depends what service you choose to use. The online process will tell you based on what option you choose.

3. Possibly, again depends on what service you choose to use.

4. No.

5. £704 visa fee for each applicant plus IHS, which is doubling soon. Remember visa fees also increase in April, so how much you will pay depends on when you apply and what service you choose to use.

6. https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... nt-partner

7. It can take a couple of weeks or 8 weeks or sometimes longer. It depends on what service you choose.
