Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR

Hi Guys

this website has given me loads of information and confidence for my visa route.thank for it

I got my initial Tier 1 entrepreneur visa in august 2015 and applied for extension in November 2018, got the extension within two months in january 2019.
I have permit to stay until january 2021 but i will be eligible 28 days before my 5 years in aug 2020.

I have food and beverage wholesale company,my first full employee who I claimed for extension is still with me ( assume starting the job since january after getting the extension), one part time joined in feb 2019(104 hours a month as marketer ) and second part time joined in march 2019( 69 hours a month as marketer)
and my dependant full time which wont be count for my ILR job points


the documents I need to attach are :
mine and my one dependent's passports and BRP
our police certificates
proof for our marriage and living together like utility bills and consul tax bill
travel history for both of us
one month business bank statement
few purchased and sell invoices and other material for proving genuineness business
pay slips for my 3 employees(12 months) and their ID
account for these two years


1-any other documents required ?
2- can I apply for super priority service to get the result in 24 hours?

3-anything else I should be careful of?

1. Have you actually read the guidance and looked at the many other topics? You need much more documentation that you have listed.

2. No you can't.

3. Read the guidance, especially the latest one from March 2019 as there are extra things you need to send.

Documents:
1) SET(O) online form
2) Consent form
3) CAR (not older than 3 months)
4) (CT41G or CT603) AND CT600 (latest is the best if possible)
5) 1 month business bank statement or bank letter (latest best)
6) RTI- FPS
7) Employee Wage Slips
7a) Employee Passport copies
8 Accountant letter (only if joined or taken over an existing business)
9) Life in UK
10) UK degree or English Requirement
11) All passports and BRP
12) Evidence of Reasons for absences from UK (not needed for Tier 1) but I added an A4 sheet and mentioned that its not needed to tick the box.

From 29th March 2019 two additional things are needed:
1) Director job/role description
2) Employee job role description

1-is this the complete list?
2-describing the jobs, is it just explaining in few sentences what I and employees do?
3-you mentioned that I can use super priority service, is there any other quick service which I can use to get my result quicker?

No there is not. You only have the standard option available which is currently taking between 3 and 7 months.

I will leave others to offer advice on your documents.

1) The mandatory list for the MAIN applicant yes as of the current guidance. Guidance and rules change so its your responsibility to stay updated with the current guidance. Its best to go through the current guidance anyways.
2) Yes

For any dependents applying for ILR with you: cohabitation documents, LIUK, English Requirements.

Any 18+ dependents need LIUK and English Requirements**
