Tier 2 extension and ILR

HI,
If i get a Tier 2 extension , is there any restriction to apply the ILR . I am elligible for ILR extension in jun and am filing work permit 2nd extension this month .

See my response in your other thread about applying for ILR. Please don't open multiple threads with the same question and also please be precise in describing your visa as there is a difference between work permit and Tier 2 ICT.

If your eligible for ILR in June why dont you apply ?

Even iam eligible for ILR in june.

Could you please tell me what documents you are submitting and whats your visa type?
