Tier 2G - Finding sponsors [Sharing experiences thread]

Hi ,

I work in the I.T industry and I get lot of job offers from other companies and the main issue is the sponsorship. I would like to know from people who have done successful switching and their experience in getting it done. How easy is to switch employers? What's the best way to approach it ? I thought it will be helpful for everyone.

It would be really good if you could post the industry and the year you switched. examples : [Chemical Engineer, 2012] , [I.T, 2015]

Is your company on the approved Tier 2 company sponsor list? Or is your company an agency or umbrella company?
