Tier 1 General Dependent visa valid from 10 July 2012

My wife granted tier 1 general dependent visa from 10 July 2012. Does she need to wait for 5 years for ILR eligibility or is she eligible to apply with me in 2016 February.

On what date did she APPLY for the visa?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

She applied on 22nd June 2012 and visa valid from 10 July 2012.
And entered UK on 4th Aug 2012.

She is fine as long her application was prior to 09-Jul-12. See Q0 in FAQ here (click)

Meaning she will qualify having served a probationary period of 2 years.
