Tier 2 general

Post by Monap » Sun Mar 20, 2016 7:36 pm

I have applied for tier 2 from tier 4 visa on 10th Nov and biometric was completed on 31st Dec then after I received letter from home office that your application raises exceptionally complex issues so we require further time to consider your case thoroughly and reach a decision. Could you please advise how long does it take and what result should I expect.

It is a standard email by HO, usually sent out to cover themselves regarding their targets. It will take as long as it needs to take for them to decide.

We can't guess what the outcome will be. You will need to wait patiently for their decision.

Thanks for your reply.

Today I received a another letter from home office to say there will be a further delay before deciding your application. It is necessary to your interview in connection with your applications. Further details including the dates, time and location of your interview will follow.
With in how many days I will get another letter for the interview and what type of question they will going to ask. After my interview when I will get my result.

We can't answer your questions. We don't work for HO.

There must be some issue with your application or your sponsor or RLMT process.

Hi all,
I applied for my Tier 2 in-country extension on 24/01/2016 (online). I completed my biometrics within 6 days. The processing time for an online application is 8 weeks. 8 weeks has passed by and I have not received any news from them.
What would you suggest I do?
Regards
Tier 2
