Tier 1 General Tax Query - Help

Tier 1 General Tax Query - Help

Hi

I got my first tier 1 general in 2011 however in Jan 2012 my accountant put the profit figures for SA purposes as £1K less by mistake, If i would have known it would have been corrected, however I have recently got to know and since then i have revised my accounts for 2010/2011, now my visa is expiring on the 22 Feb for tier 1 and I am thinking to apply for the tier 1 by post but v scared as HMRC has taken my money through cheque but they have not updated the account.

The SA for the next year is spot on.

Please help !

Please no more tax queries! We have no tax specialists on the forum and we are being swamped with posts about Tier 1 HMRC/tax disrepancies. This forum is for immigration advise only. Google a tax forum.

I am assuming you mean applying for ILR.

Any ILR immigration queries, please post them in the Indefinite Leave to Remain forum (a bit further down the main page).
