Every One

Please advise me I have came to london Nov 2007 on students visa, then after i have did PSW Visa , currently i have tier 2 General visa which finish Apr 2016.

I have below question.

1. Shall i eligible for 10 years long residence rules for ILR or not ?
2. If i can then when should i process my application ?
3. I want to change my job and looking for new sponsor employer if any one can help ?
4. Is it advisable to change job?

1. Shall i eligible for 10 years long residence rules for ILR or not ? Yes, but only in 2017
2. If i can then when should i process my application ? No sooner than 28 days before you reach 10 years residence based on your original date of entry to th UK
3. I want to change my job and looking for new sponsor employer if any one can help ? See Tier 2 Sponosr List (click)
4. Is it advisable to change job? Up to you
