Tier 2 ICT: child support

Hi there,

I am here in UK on Tier 2 ICT visa since May 2016. My child here has been diagnosed with Autism and is on extra support at school which really helps him. Please help me in looking for ways to stay in here in this country so that my child continues to get this extra support, because if I happen to go back to my country he won't get any such kind of support in there.

My organisation is not supporting me in getting any visa transfer or any sponsorship, so I wanted to reach out to the right people because I don't want my child to suffer and go in a shock because of the cultural difference.


So I request you to please guide me.

Is your spouse not able to get a Tier 2 General sponsorship?

Not yet , she is HR by her experience and qualification . HR function doesn't provide any major opportunities for Tier 2 General ( since she is currently on Dependent visa).

If you know of any opportunities then please let me know

What about a student visa maybe?

How old is the child?

Where was child born?

I have been trying student visa option for her but they are quite expensive since its a international student fee.

My child was born in India and he will be 7 in Nov 2019.

Can you please help out with a suggestion of what else can be done ?

Hi,

out of curiosity, does it make any difference if a child was born in UK or outside UK ?

I am on Tier 2 ICT and we were blessed with a baby girl, but my wife decided to give birth back home (Egypt) , did we miss any opportunity ?
