Tier 2 ICT to ICT dependent to General

Hi All - I am on tier 2 ICT visa right now valid till October 2020. My wife is on her tier 2 ICT visa valid till January 2020. I intend to go on ICT dependent visa of my wife and look for a job change(I do have a company which is willing to absorb me). The main intent is to get Tier 2 general post that. I believe I can get tier 2 general(same sponsor is ready and willing) right? Or are there any restrictions?

You can change to tier 2 general only after you have held a PBS dependent visa for 12 months and the full RLMT process has been completed.

You also have to apply from home country for tier 2 General.
