Tier 2 ICT visa to Settlement

Hi,
I got my Tier 2 ICT visa in Oct 2010. I have completed continuous 8 years of stay in UK. When is the earliest I can apply settlement (ILR). Is it only after complement of 10 years i.e. Oct 2020? Will my 10 years of stay in Tier 2 ICT visa be considered for settlement ( it was post April 2010 but pre April 2011).

You will only qualify for ILR based on 10 years long residence, however I don't believe you can hold an ICT visa for 10 years, it is capped at 9 years as far as I understand.

All legal stay counts for ILR based on 10 years long residence.
