Tier to ILR 28 day before completing urgent help

Hi My Name is Amandeep .

i recently booked in person( premium service) for ILR 25/09/2018 .

my first tier2 visa granted on 10-10-2013.

and according to it my 5 years will be on 09-010-2018.

but somone told me you cant go in person( premium service) before 28 days , its only for postal services .

please sombody help me otherwise i ll got refusal .

Stop listening to 'someone'. They are talking nonsense.

The 28 days before concession applies to in person and postal applications.

Yes. You can apply anytime WITHIN 28 days. It does not have to be exactly the 28th day.
