**Tier 1 innovator +start up visa**

hi
* would start up visa's stay be counted towards ILR.
* i believe its 3 years stay to ILR with innovative. is this true?
* what are the requirements to innovate for ILR. would these be similar to T1 ent. where one has to show 2 uk people be employed for a total period of 12 months..
