tier 2 new fees

I have few questions.
1-I am on tier 2 PBS.my company licence reworked last year.Currently I am waiting for my appeal decision. But I am not hopeful that's why I am looking new sponsor.My question is that now how much I will pay eor fees ?
2-what about nhs fees ? I will pay or not as I am already on tier 2 and registered with NHS.if yes how much I all pay ?

Yes you have to pay the NHS surcharge and it will be payable at £200 per year payable upfront at point of application. So if visa granted for 3 years, you will have to pay £600. If uou have dependents, they also have to pay it.
