Tier-2 PBS dependent–ILR

Hi,

I have finished my terms as PBS dependent(Tier-2) 5 years.

Now I am going to apply for ILR.

Could you please let me know which form do I need to choice.

What are the documents required to Submit my ILR application.

She granted ILR last month

Do we need to show any funds maintenance? Thanks

She granted ILR last month
On what basis did she apply for ILR?? 5 years tier 2 or 10 years long residence??
Do we need to show any funds maintenance?
ILR does NOT have a maintenance fund.
