tier 4 to tier 2

so i registered on the uk gov website to start the application process of the Tier 2 visa. I am currently here on a tier4 student visa and finished up my masters. I already have a job and he wants to keep me. he himself is going through the certificate of sponsorship paperwork then will give me a Cos.

My confusion lays within which paper do I need to fill out. Looking through the mounds of forms I found only two tier 2 forms. shown below. I am not sure which one I need or is it even these? I thought i had to have a form that was converting my tier 4 to tier 2 not just tier 2. Am I missing something?
Any suggestions would help a lot. Thanks

Tier 2 Migrant online application -Online application for leave to remain (permission to stay) in the UK, and a biometric residence permit, as a Tier 2 Migrant or as a dependant of a Tier 2 migrant.

Tier 2 Migrant paper form -Download this form to apply for leave to remain (permission to stay) in the UK, and a biometric residence permit, as a Tier 2 Migrant. If you have dependants, they must complete the relevant PBS Dependant form.

You cannot convert a Tier 4 to a Tier 2. It is a whole new and different visa that you are applying for with its own set of criteria etc.

ahh did not know that thanks for the feed back. Would those 2 visa listed be applicable to me then?
