Tier 2 Visa: Admin Review

Post by Nancy19 » Thu Nov 28, 2019 10:30 am

I have the same case regarding my tier 2, I received rejection on 5th November 2019 claiming that I need English language test however HO stating that no need for English test anymore for doctors etc, I am still waiting for the decision and it's been ups and downs, and stress of waiting, people told me it doesn't worth it and HO will reject it also is it right?

Did you submit evidence that you meet the specific requirement for the UK regulatory body??

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... h-language
1. An applicant applying as a Tier 1 Migrant or Tier 2 Migrant must have 10 points for English language, unless applying for entry clearance or leave to remain:
(i) as a Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) Migrant,
(ii) as a Tier 1 (Investor) Migrant
(iii) as a Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) Migrant, or
(iv) as a doctor, dentist, nurse or midwife under Tier 2 (General), who has passed an English Language assessment which is accepted by the relevant regulated professional body as a requirement for registration.

Yes, I have submitted a copy of my English language test which was accepted for my GMC registration along with my license to practice, however they seemed to be out of date and claiming that I need UKNARIC or IELTSUKVI... I believe this is an error from the HO but I’m paying this sadly
