TIER 2 visa

Hi Sir/Madam

Currently I am in Tier 4 student visa and my visa expires on June 31st 2021. I am working in a private company, and my company going to sponsor me for Tier 2 visa. Please advise me what are the next steps for visa process and please advise me what are the documents I have to submit and also please tell me how long it will take to get Tier 2 visa.
