Tier-1 5 Year- ILR

HI,

My friend got Tier-1 50k, Issue date 30 April 2014 and his 5 years completing 30 April 2019.

1-He got extension 20th Dec 2017 and his Visa until 20 Dec 2019. He already fulfilled all requirements, Can he apply 5 April 2019(28days) or he needs to wait until 30 April 2019 to complete 5 years.

2-Also any link documents for 5-year ILR please share it.

3- His company last in lost is it a bad thing or should be fine.

4-Anyone successful story for 5-year ILR please link share it.

Once he reaches 5 years, he can apply. You can check the platform, loads of documents there

He can apply upto 28 days before the 5th anniversary from initial visa date

Profit or loss does not matter as long the business is genuine

4-Anyone successful story for 5-year ILR please link share it.
